Story:
'Remo' is an entertainment for all. Vikram has done quite an impressive job. Direction by Soloman is excellent. After Samurai this is another hit for Vikram. The subject of the film revolves around the bond between the father and son. A sentimental subject, with many shades. Good songs and good screenplay are the highlights of the movie.
Coming to the story part, Nassar and his son Vikram live in Hong Kong. Nassar had left his hometown 25 years ago due to a dispute with his parents for marrying a girl against their will. But now he is a widower.
Vikram and his father meet with an accident in which Nassar is very badly hurt and tests in the hospital reveal that he has only a few days to leave. Vikram who shares a deep bond with his father decides to make the remaining days of his father memorable. So he requests his father to take a trip to their hometown and patch up the differences with his grand father.
The two leave for Hometown. Nassar's father (Janakaraj) and relatives welcome him and Vikram. Vikram wins over the hearts of every one in the family with his lively nature. Nassar is also pleased by the affection showered on him by his family members especially by his father.
Vikram falls in love with Sneha a servant maid. Now comes the twist in the story when we come to know that it is not Nassar whose days are numbered but it is Vikram. The day arrives when Vikram and Nassar have to leave for Hong Kong. The climax is shot a bit different from other routine movies. Vikram leaves to Hongkong without Sneha and Sneha hopes that he will one day return to her.
Remo is a beautiful movie with a sentimental touch. Vikram and Sneha gave a good performance. Comedy is enjoyable. The movie definitely has a different subject. To sum up 'Remo' is a clean family entertainer.
